Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 2026
Manvios builds software for the physical world’s most demanding environments. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. Today it covers this website, manvios.com, and our first product, Manvios Living, a private resident platform for residential buildings. As new Manvios products launch, we will update this policy to cover them.
This website
manvios.com is an informational site. It has no user accounts, and we do not use advertising or tracking cookies. We count page views with a cookie-free measurement service that does not follow visitors across sites. Like most websites, our servers keep standard technical logs — such as browser type and the pages requested — for security and reliability. If you write to us, we keep the correspondence so we can respond.
Manvios Living
Manvios Living is a private platform that residential buildings offer to their residents. Access is by invitation from a building’s management — there is no public sign-up.
Information we receive. A building’s management provides each resident’s name, email address, and phone number — and their unit, where applicable — to create their account. Management may also record residency details used to run the building, such as move-in and move-out dates, household roles, and internal notes. Buildings also create accounts for their own staff and managers; for these we hold the same kind of account information, along with a job title and an optional profile photo.
What the service holds. As residents use the platform, it holds the information needed to provide the service: service requests (including any photos or access details a resident provides), amenity reservations, notices, shared documents, package deliveries, vehicle and parking details, and records of payments made through the building. To help staff respond quickly, the platform can prepare a brief automated summary of a resident’s account for the building’s management; these summaries are kept only briefly. For security, reliability, and record-keeping, it also keeps operational records — such as account activity, message-delivery outcomes, and addresses that can no longer receive email.
Information we do not collect. We do not collect government identification numbers, dates of birth, or payment card numbers.
Email. Manvios Living sends account email — such as invitations and sign-in messages — and building notices. Building notices are operational messages from a building’s management to its own residents; they are not marketing. Email is controlled per resident and per message category: residents can ask their building’s management — or write to us at — to turn off any category of notice for their address. Delivery problems are honored automatically — if a message to an address cannot be delivered or is marked as unwanted, we stop sending notices to that address, keeping only essential account messages such as sign-in email.
Who can see what. A building’s management sees the information needed to run their building. Each building’s information is kept separate — one building never sees another’s. We share information only with the service providers under contract who help us operate the platform, and when the law requires it. We do not sell personal information.
Retention
We keep information for as long as it is needed to operate the service and to meet record-keeping obligations, and we remove it when it is no longer needed.
Security
Information is encrypted in transit, access is limited to those who need it, and each building’s information is kept separate.
Children
Manvios Living accounts are created for adult residents by their building’s management. The service is not directed to children.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask for corrections, or ask for removal, subject to the records a building is required to keep. Residents can also raise these requests through their building’s management. Contact us at .
Changes
